This is a really lovely Adele Simpson purple silk tonal star printed dress with a round neckline and pleated skirt details. There is a wide, low-waist band that separates the pleated skirt from the blousy bodice. The bishop sleeves have some nice volume due to the gathering around the shoulder seam and the wide 3 button cuffs. This dress has fabric covered buttons along the center back opening with several hook and eye closures for additional reinforcement. There is a matching fabric covered leather belt with a 5 hole adjustable band measuring 30-34".

This dress has a I. Magnin label sewn in the collar and was made in Hong Kong in the 1980's of 100% Silk. Labeled size 12, and we estimate this would best fit a modern size 10/12. Please take the time to review the measurements as that is the best way to assure a proper fit!
